Hiep Le, MBA, CLF®

Hiep started his Insurance and Financial Services career with New York Life in Santa Clara in 2014.  After numerous achievements, Hiep entered management in 2016.  In his first 2 year as a manager, he was recognized as partner of the year for 2 consecutive years of the Pacific Zone Agency, number five partner in the nationwide, and also #1 partner on Quality recruits and he got promoted to become Senior partner in 2019.

In 2020, Hiep joined Bluecrest Financial Alliances as Managing Partner to build team of Financial Service Professionals and to expand its market. Since then, Hiep implemented infrastructures and contributed success of Bluecrest Financial Alliances with consistent growth in productions, number of active advisors and developed number of management personnel. 

Hiep Graduated from The Central Queensland University Australia with MBA degree, and Bachelor of Science (BS) of Computer Software Engineering with Charles Sturt University Australia.
