Justin Baack

Justin started with Bluecrest Financial Alliances in June of 2023 and serves as Agency Supervisory Officer. Justin has been in the financial services industry since 2006, starting in the back office at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas. He then went on to become the head trader at TIB – The Independent BankersBank. Most recently, he served as Regional OSJ for Hilltop Securities Inc.

Justin is a graduate of Texas A&M Commerce where he received his Masters in Business Administration.  Justin also holds a BBA in Finance/Economics from Wayland Baptist University. Justin has attained the following securities Licenses: FINRA Series 7,24,52,53,63 and 66.

Justin resides in Carrollton, TX with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys fishing, hunting and coaching his daughters in softball.
